These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Pinched. By accessing or using the Pinched mobile application and related services (the “App”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Some Basics You Should Know

Pinched provides a platform where businesses can post promotions, and users can discover, save, and interact with those promotions. Pinched itself is not the seller of goods or services. Any agreements or purchases you make with a business are solely between you and that business.

2. Registering With Us and Your Account

​

You may browse Pinched without registering, but you need an account to post, follow businesses, or save promotions. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

3. User Content

​

Users and businesses may submit content (such as reviews, posts, photos, or logos). By submitting content, you grant Pinched a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the app. You must not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

4. Standards and Limitations of Liability

​

We aim to provide Pinched with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Pinched is not responsible for the actions of businesses or the accuracy of their promotions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

5. Your Obligations

You agree not to misuse Pinched. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting unlawful or offensive content

• Impersonating others

• Spamming

• Interfering with the App

• Attempting to access accounts or data without authorisation

6. Suspension and Termination

​

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or create risk for other users. Termination does not affect rights or obligations already accrued.

7. Data Protection

​

Your use of Pinched is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

​

All intellectual property rights in Pinched, including our logo, branding, design, and software, remain our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If significant changes are made, we will notify you in the App or via email. Continued use of Pinched after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (or your local jurisdiction if required by law). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
